New bulbs
Just got in an order of bulbs that I made last spring. They are heirloom bulbs, three kinds.
Fritillaria/Checkered Lily
Regal Lily
lily bee,
geeezelouise.
The third kind, I can't find images of, Tulip Elegans Alba. I also have anemones, shallots and garlic. I'm hoping to plant tomorrow, in the soppy, soppy ground. Hoping to weed the strawberry beds too.
Today has been pretty quiet. Just have been puttering, made some good chicken with rosemary and lemon zest. Made sweet potatoes.
I'm stalling for the next steps - which include taking out the garbage and cleaning out the litterboxes. Not a big deal, but it's time to change out the larger bags that we us to store weeks of litter yuck. Ugh!
It rained some today, was very pretty. After breakfast with J and a long over-the-fence conversation with our neighbor, I came in and cleaned, organized a bit, heated the studio.
I'm hoping once I'm done with my chores, that I'll head into the studio for late night goodness. J headed out to an Earshot Jazz event, so it's still very quiet here.
Here's another song: Bjork - Hyperballad
